Booking data
We collect the information needed to process booking requests: name, contact details, date, group size, pickup information, selected services and notes.
Use
Booking data is used to contact you, arrange the requested trip and maintain operational records. We do not sell booking data to advertisers.
Retention
Booking records should only be retained as long as reasonably needed for operations, accounting, legal obligations and fraud prevention.
Add the operator’s legal/business details in Admin → Settings before launch if required.
