Booking & Cancellation
Bookings are requests
Submitting the website form does not confirm availability. A booking is confirmed after our team verifies the trip and confirms through WhatsApp.
Cancellation
Cancellation is free before the scheduled departure. Once departure has passed, missed departures and no-shows are not eligible for replacement or compensation.
Changes
Changes are free when operationally possible, remain subject to availability and may change the final price.
Add the operator’s legal/business details in Admin → Settings before launch if required.
